Welcome! If you would like to come for a hydrotherapy session, please register your interest below.

Once you have done this, we will contact your vets with the relevant paperwork for their referral information.

We can then get you booked in for an initial assessment with one of our Hydrotherapists.

    To comply with the Code of Conduct of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, please complete the following details about the practice which has most recently treated your pet:

    Owners Declaration
    • I confirm that I am the legal owner of this patient.

    • I agree to keep my hydrotherapist up to date with my patients’ condition and will notify them as soon as there are any changes / developments in my patients care.

    • I accept that my hydrotherapist can decline to treat my patient if there are any concerns, which will be outlined clearly to me.

    • I accept that, whilst every care and consideration will be taken to protect my patient by my hydrotherapist maintaining the water and equipment, I am choosing to have hydrotherapy treatment for my patient at my own risk and accept this risk when bringing my patient to a session.

    • I accept that I must pay for each session at the start of my session. Failure to do so will result in my hydrotherapist declining treatment..

    • I accept that it is my responsibility to claim back the costs from my insurance company and that HydroPaws Hydrotherapy will not be able to claim the costs of hydrotherapy directly from my insurers.

    • I accept that my patient must have been referred by my veterinary surgeon.

    • I accept that if my patient has had vomiting or diarrhoea within 72 hours of their hydrotherapy session, even if this is single isolated incident, my patient cannot receive hydrotherapy treatment. Failure to notify the hydrotherapist of this may result in a surcharge for the pool/treadmill to be closed down and cleaned if it is contaminated with vomit or faeces.

    • I accept that my bitch cannot be treated during heat.

    • I accept that my patient cannot receive hydrotherapy treatment if he/she is unwell.

    • Only one patient can attend each hydrotherapy session. All pets must be on a lead and under control at all times.

    • No children under 16 years old are allowed to attend hydrotherapy sessions without prior authorisation from the hydrotherapist.

    • I am aware and accept that I must not feed my patient for 3 hours prior to its hydrotherapy session and will make every attempt to encourage my patient to urinate and defecate prior to its session.

    • I accept that if my patient defecates in the water during their session, I will incur a surcharge of £25.
